Suzy Nastaskin – Marketing Manager
Suzy Nastaskin puts her 30-plus years of marketing experience to good use on Igor’s team. Suzy strives to get as much strategic exposure as possible for Igor’s listings, including targeted advertising, newspaper story placement, internet coverage, realtor-to-realtor marketing, newsletter development and direct mail campaigns. After graduating Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude from USC with degrees in Public Relations and Communications, Suzy worked in public relations at Burson-Marsteller in New York City and Los Angeles and Bob Thomas & Associates/Chiat Day in Venice, Calif. She also did freelance writing and marketing for numerous advertising and public relations agencies. Suzy and Igor met in 1988 and married one year later. She loved growing up in the Hollywood Riviera and is proud that their three kids attended the same local schools she did.
Janet Johnson – Transaction Coordinator
Janet has been a Transaction Coordinator with RE/MAX since January 2006. Prior to joining RE/MAX, Janet acted as right hand/office manager for a real estate entrepreneur for over 17 years. She managed his residential and industrial portfolio including leasing, tenant relations and evictions. She obtained a real estate license in March 2000 and was promoted to manage and lease his 220,000 square foot industrial/office building. Her first venture into real estate was working for the senior vice president of a Beverly Hills commercial mortgage banking firm, where she helped prepare appraisal packages to present to pension fund lenders and assisted in closing multi-million dollar transactions. Her top-notch skills and 35 years of experience in real estate are a definite asset in making every transaction seamless.

Victoria has 33 years of escrow experience and is knowledgeable in every aspect of business. She hires and trains employees, manages offices and routinely lectures at seminars concerning the laws and requirements in the escrow and real estate fields. Paul has over twenty years experience in residential mortgage lending. A life-long resident of the Hollywood Riviera section of the South Bay, Paul has been married for 22 wonderful years to Mary Popovich. They have two boys: John who is attending college at the University of California San Diego and David who is at South High. Paul is currently the Treasurer of the Hollywood Riviera Homeowners Association and the President of the Hollywood Riviera Sportsman’s Club.
